What to wear to outdoor concerts

When it comes to outdoor concert wear, you want to not only look casually attractive, but also stay comfortable as the sun sets and temperatures slide from roasting to nippy.

The biggest issue when dealing with this type of temperature change is that your body creates sweat to cool you off when its hot, and later this cooling effect is not at all what you want. Plus, sweaty is not the best look trending right now. To address this issue, you want to clothe yourself in fabrics that are breathable, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying, thereby minimizing the incidence of uncomfortable damp sticky skin.

Luckily, some of our favorite outdoor clothing brands are thoughtful enough to create performance clothing that looks casual and fashionable for occasions such as these. Patagonia, Icebreaker, Marmot, Prana, and Outdoor Research, for example, have a bunch of great choices for technical yet casual clothing.

So suit up and head out to enjoy the fresh air, live music, and fun nights with friends this summer!
